Application Area
It is a high-precision and non-contact angle measuring instrument. Measurements involve edge angle,
angle error of rectangular prism, flatness, perpendicularity, guide rail straightness, etc. Small angle
automatic measurement can be realized in CNC machine processing field to improve detection efficiency.
Working Principle
Firstly, light passes through the reticle plate on objective lens focal plane, then forms parallel light;
Secondly, parallel light is reflected back by a mirror perpendicular to the optical axis, then passes
through the objective lens and coincidents with the standard line; Thirdly, when the mirror is tilted
at a slight angleα,the reflected light beam's tilt angleis 2α.
