Mr. Jiang Wenhan, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, are invited to visit ZEIT and give guidance on July 19, 2022. NA. Jiang is a adaptive optics technology pioneer and one of the earliest scientists engaged in the research and development of lithography machine and mask in China. In the 1970s, NA. Jiang and NA. Lin Xiangdi reported to President Deng Xiaoping, and proposed to develop Chinese autonomous lithography equipment, mask and other core materials for the large-scale integrated circuits.
